  • Respect for your time and property

Satisfaction Commitment

If you have concerns with the service provided, contact us. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate next step. When reasonable and within the original scope of work, Transit & Flow will return to address the concern at no additional labor cost.

If the issue cannot be resolved through re-performance of the applicable work, we will discuss fair resolution options in alignment with your service invoice and our Terms of Service.

This commitment applies to the labor we performed and does not extend to system failures or conditions that develop after the service due to age, use, or unrelated causes.

Limited Workmanship Warranty (12 Months)

Transit & Flow workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the completion date of the specific service, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Coverage includes:

  • Labor performed on the specific repair or installation completed by Transit & Flow.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to qualifying parts or fixtures when purchased and installed through Transit & Flow. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and product.

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Customer-provided parts or fixtures
  • Pre-existing issues or hidden damage not visible at time of service
  • Conditions caused by external factors such as freezing, flooding, foundation movement, municipal supply issues, electrical surge, corrosion, or natural wear over time
  • Drain lines that are structurally compromised, deteriorated, collapsed, root-intruded, or otherwise restricted beyond cleaning

On-Time Arrival Consideration

Transit & Flow schedules appointments within confirmed service windows and communicates updates whenever possible. If arrival falls outside the agreed window due to factors within our control, a service credit may be applied to the current or future invoice.

Service credit limits and exclusions apply and align with the Terms of Service.

ProCare Preventative Maintenance

Members of the QTF ProCare Plan receive annual system evaluations and priority scheduling to reduce unexpected failures and maintain long-term system performance. Membership benefits are active while the plan remains in good standing and may vary by selected plan level.

Professional Conduct and Safety

Transit & Flow maintains insurance and follows required licensing standards within the State of Ohio. Technicians receive ongoing training and are expected to maintain professional conduct, follow safety procedures, and document findings when appropriate.
