Our basement got flooded overnight with water coming from the concrete floor. We suspected it came from the clogged down spouts and drains outside. It was Saturday morning with more heavy rain coming same day. In total panic, I went on thumbtack feeling pretty hopeless to find someone fast given it was the weekend. Michael responded within minutes, talked me through the issue and coordinated a technician to come out the same afternoon. Ryan showed up shortly after and diagnosed the issue with a price estimate that seemed reasonable. He said he had all the tools to get it fixed right away and by the same evening everything was fixed. Ryan was super curtious, polite and hard working. We were beyond pleased with the outcome.
