2. Services Provided

Transit & Flow provides residential, commercial, and multi-unit plumbing, drain, and sewer services. Services may include installation, maintenance, inspection, equipment replacement, consultation, resource guides, educational information, and customer service communication.

Service offerings, descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice. Certain services may only be available in specific coverage areas within Central Ohio.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling or communicating with our team. You agree not to interfere with service operations, website functionality, or staff communication. Fraudulent claims, unauthorized chargebacks, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in service refusal or legal action.

4. Personal Data We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you schedule service, complete forms, request support, subscribe to emails or SMS updates, or communicate with our team. This may include:

  • Name and contact information (address, phone number, email address)
  • Service details, property or equipment information, photos or videos you share
  • Communication preferences and history of interactions with Transit & Flow

We may also collect device and usage information such as browser type, IP address, interaction data, and cookies to improve user experience and website performance.

  • Schedule and complete services and send appointment reminders
  • Prepare, send, and store estimates, invoices, and service records

All trademarks, written content, images, logos, media, systems, and materials on Transit & Flow websites are the property of Transit & Flow, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written approval. Limited use is permitted solely for accessing our services as a customer.

9. Pricing, Estimates, and Payment

Written estimates are based on visible conditions and are valid for a limited time. Pricing may adjust if additional conditions are discovered during diagnostic evaluation. Payment is due at completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Custom-sourced or special-order parts may require a non-refundable deposit. If payment is not received when due, additional collection costs and late fees may apply as allowed by law.

10. Workmanship Warranty

Transit & Flow workmanship is covered by a 12-month service warranty unless otherwise stated on your estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible equipment or fixtures.

Warranty does not cover failures resulting from neglect, improper use, external damage, municipal issues, freezing, customer-provided materials, or other conditions beyond our control. For full coverage details, see our separate Guarantee and Warranty page.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Rescheduling is permitted when requested before the scheduled appointment window. If materials were purchased specifically for your job, associated costs may not be refundable.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method in alignment with our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Transit & Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including property damage beyond the scope of service, loss of use, or lost revenue. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transit & Flow and its team members from damages or claims resulting from misuse of services, misrepresentation of property conditions, or violation of this agreement.

14. Third-Party Services

Transit & Flow may use scheduling, CRM, mapping, financing, and payment platforms provided by third parties. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Transit & Flow is not responsible for third-party system performance, outages, or independent data handling practices.

15. Termination of Access

Transit & Flow may suspend or discontinue service if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive to operations. We may also restrict access if invoices remain unpaid or if misuse of our systems is detected.

16. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
